The Research And Application On Synthetical Evaluation System In Safe Transmission Of Broadcasting & TV Program

Broadcasting & TV Network and Information System are important base networks of our country. Ensuring the safety of Broadcasting & TV program transmission is a factor of the stabilization and security of the Nation and the Broadcasting & TV trade always attaches importance to it. Establishing Broadcasting & TV Safe Transmission Synthetical Evaluation System and realizing it are significant measures to promote the assurance ability of Broadcasting & TV Network and Information System.Consequently, the Informationization Office of State Council organized to start the research on IAIS (Information Assurance Indicator System) in June, 2005 which planned to build IAIS all round before 2010. Research on IAIS is made up of eight sub teams such as Broadcasting & TV, Telecommunication, Mobile Communication, etc. The content of this paper is based on the working of Broadcasting & TV sub team.This paper focuses on Synthetical Evaluation System in safe transmission of Broadcasting & TV program. Firstly, it discusses the synthetical Evaluation methods' applicability to Broadcasting & TV Network. Secondly, based on the fundamental principals, it investigates the building of Broadcasting & TV Safe Transmission Synthetical Evaluation Indicator System. At last, it designs and programs the system software by PowerBuilder and SQLServer.
