Family education is the basis of students' growth; meanwhile, school education is the key of it. To bring up students better, it is necessary to enhance the cooperation between school and families, and to make parents and teachers understand, collaborate and support mutually for the same purpose. However, for foreign students, traditional parents-school interaction, which is restricted by factors like language, time and space, can not accommodate with the international parents-school interaction well and thus becomes the choke point for international parents-school interaction.This research is based on educational practice of the author. According to the survey of related staffs and departments, it is some disadvantages like language obstacles, content simples and lags in communicative information that trouble the school and Vietnamese parents presently. In combination with the current situation, the author posed an interactive network platform between school and parents explored by computer skills. It bridged the school and Vietnamese parents by using network skills, solved the communicative problems caused by language, time and space, ensured the co-education of school and families to develop in harmonious synchronously, organically and unitedly.This platform is guided by correlated theoretical practice, adopting object-based method, platform function module designed based on detailed demand analysis, realized technically through the use of MVC multi-architecture exploitation and proper technical schemes. To ensure running safety, the author designed all problems that would probably happen in the process of circulate .To make the customer-platform visit effectively, the author adopted more advanced Four Tier B/S structure as the platform running module. At last, the author probed different user-roles and summed up application research with scientific methods: The application of platform well reacted on propaganda for foreign students' education, provided foreign parents with access available to know overall comprehensive situation about their children, and offer powerful guarantee to strengthen the interaction between school and Vietnamese parents.The interactive network platform of China-Vietnam bilingualism broke the choke point rooted in the traditional parents-school interaction, accelerated and perfected the foreign students' education effectively. Besides, it provided the use for reference for colleges in Yunnan Province to make them carry out parents-school interaction better.
