As the important power supply and running equipment of electrified railway, catenary must guarantee supplying current to electric locomotive uninterruptedly. And catenary also has its own particularity. In order to keep electrified railway in highly efficient and safe operation, it's quite necessary to develop a management information system for Pantograph and Catenary with perfect functions based on B/S structure.Focused on the entire construction process of the management information system for Pantograph and Catenary, a detailed discourse on the establishment of developing plan, system analysis and design and system realization are made in this paper, which mainly consists of the following contents.Firstly, it briefly introduces the basic principle of the dynamic detecting device for Pantograph and Catenary. According to management system's developing status quo, it makes a merit comparison between B/S and C/S mode and finally the tri-tier structure based on the B/S is confirmed. After that, it chooses Microsoft's NET developing platform technology after the reasonable analysis.Secondly, it makes a detailed requirement analysis for the system. At the same time, the system's construction goal, technology plan and data flow diagram are also worked out here. Based on them, the framework of tri-tier structure based on B/S, every subsystem's functions and the design of system database are completed.Take above as a foundation, this paper expounds the system's concrete realization and also makes a discussion on the key technology realization of the system.Finally, this paper sums up all the work done and makes a prospect analysis on the problems to be solved in the system and its construction for the next.This software features a comprehensive function, structural clarity and friendly interface. Through the trial running on spot, this software is proved to be of high reliability, operability and maintainability which meet the reasonable demands of theusers.
