The Analysis Of Characteristic And Simulation Of SAR Moving Targets

Synthetic aperture radar (SAR) as the only all-weather method of the remote sensing, now it has been the important tool in microwave and remote sensing field. In the recent years, for the significance of imaging and detection of moving targets in the military and civil field, the research about moving targets in SAR has been a hot spot now. The simulation of SAR is an important part in the development of SAR. Especially the simulation of moving targets, it has been the significance to enhance the understand of the principle of SAR, the model of the raw echo signal of moving targets, the influence of moving targets imaging and the design and optimization of SAR system to the imaging and detection of moving targets etc.In this paper, the research of the characteristic of SAR raw and simulation of moving targets is my chief work. It includes: the analysis of SAR echo signal, the simulation of kinds of targets and the analysis of the influence of moving targets imaging.This paper firstly introduce the principle of SAR, the model of SAR imaging, the imaging algorithm of Range-Doppler and the model of the raw echo signal of immovable target and moving target, and it analyses the velocity and acceleration of moving target and the wavelength of signal and Doppler bandwidth to the influence of moving target imaging. All the content above is the theory about SAR, they are the base of the consequent work.Secondly, this paper introduces two kinds of simulation methods of raw echo: RTPC and 2DFFT which is improved. And during the process of simulation, it produces a SAR simulation method of the compound targets including the moving targets and the immovable targets, which simulates the moving targets and the background targets using RTPC and 2DFFT method separately. Then the paper simulates the raw echo of one target, distributed targets, moving target and the compound targets and imaging to all of them.Through the simulation of the raw echo of moving target and the analysis of imaging, it approves the academic analysis of the influence to moving target imaging. The results of simulation and imaging have alse indicated: the results of the simulation in this paper is available, it can simulate the wanted raw echo, especially, the work of the characteristic analysis and the simulation of moving target which to certain extent has the meaning to the research of moving target detection and imaging.
