| Fuel Cell Vehicle (FCV) is the alternative that solves the energy and the automobile industrial development contradiction, is already researched by many automobile produces factorys and research organizations. FCV technology made certain progress. For debug the FCV conveniently, need to develop a information platform for monitoring and recording the various data during the debugging FCV.The information platform that use first in the FCV project is used for upper level &down level machine method: upper level used the min-industrial computer, information platform interface development by delphi; down level used control system by DSP2407, that the main function is convert data from CAN to SCI. This method is easy to realize, but there are some troubles just like lose data and system operation instability.Aim to FCV this paper analyzing the shortage of the original information platform. Base on ARM7 &μClinux the new FCV information platform design is put forward. The project uses the S3C44B0X as the system hardware core, taking theμClinux as the system software platform. The experiment shows the information platform not lose data and operation stability.For hardware analyze consist of FCV information platform, each module of the informatin platform system are given, including display module, RTC module, data save module, SCI module, keyboard module, CAN module, USB module and CPLD extend module. Described indetail the principle of each module and how to conjunction.For software develop the bootloader program which can boot theμClinux system, and keyboard driver and CAN driver are loaded. Setup and compile the kernel. Realize the application development and system integration.Thus, become to gather the hardware, operate system, the application procedure as integral whole of the FCV information platform system.At last give summarize the work of whole FCV information platform project, and show us the problem in this information platform, also for the next work expectation. |
