The Reseach On Testing System Record Dynamic Parameter For Hard Target Weapon

This paper mainly talks about the design of memory testing system and the method of data handling and analysis for hard target penetration experiment. It can ascertain that the drill field ball loading bearing when it penetration, it have provided a basis method to the design weapon opposing the deep firm target.The paper first revolves around how to get true effective penetration,analyzed the process of penetration,in this analysis process,have reached the testing scheme,and coordination needing to consider every link in testing.And matching and coordination needing to consider every link.According to the front design demand,design the precise writer instrument may be used to record penetration process dynamic parameter,and use the LabVIEW soft ware workbench to design this acceleration testing system at the basic of data collecting hardware,design the integral whole testing system ,not only collecting data,but also analyses the signal.Have divided hardware into several modules.The sensor module,signal analyse module,sampling load acceleration with memory module,the interface module, computer having LabVIEW software,especially in the design of USB,it has carried out in detailed introduction on data interface.The software part has also adopt modularized design,include the data collect module,data analysis comparing with treatment module,data access modulehas.made the function designing that the train of thought is limpid,the function expands easily,finally in an real environment to verify every function.As an important port of penetration testing work, the data have handled and analyse. In signal processing,the wavelet packet analytical method is used.By wavelet packet method,the signal is analyzed effectively.
