At present, the safety of coal mines is still very important. There are many landslips of coal mines and fire damp explosion (gas explosion) happened, which endanger the lives of the miners and cause much property loss.So the coal mine safety monitoring system is applied to the coal mine industry widely. And it plays an important role in the the process of coal exploitation.Coal mine data collection substation is the bridge between the safety-monitoring module under the mine and the safety-monitoring center above the mine, it is in charge of data collection and communicationbetween the safety-monitoring module and the safety-monitoring.It is determined by data collection substation that wether the coal mine safety-monitoring can work efficiently, and the data collection plays important part in the coal mine safety-monitoring. Whether the coal mine safety-monitoring can work efficienty is determined by data collection substation, which plays an important role in the the process of coal exploitation.This thesis starts with the background and meaning of data collection substation. The key role of collection substation in shear control communication system is discussed. According to the deficiency of previous design, new design thinking is put forward: (1) It is proposed that Internet is the main networking mode, Wless LAN and RS232 is used in part of the network. (2)Selecting ARM7 chip LPC2214 as the main processor is proposed. Through the RJ-45, the Ethernet controller chip is driven and the TCP/IP communication is realized. The RS232 communication is realized as well through the inner RS232 controller of ARM. (3)The software design based on operation systemμCOS-Ⅱis proposed. The software design contains two parts, hardware driver program and system task. Driver program include the realization process of each module. The realization process of TCP/IP communication which is transplanted to the project is researched in detail. According to the actual application of data collection module, the system task part assigned the priority of the tasks and designed the order of each date collection substation task. (4) Under the special requirement of coal product in China, the whole system uses an unti-explosion surface. In terms of software and hardware design, the anti-amrring means is used in order to enhance EMC ability.This paper introduced operation systemμCOS-Ⅱinto the design of date collection substation, enhancing reliability and expand ability of the whole system. By using the Wless LAN underground for the first time, this paper unwrap a new chapter for the underground communication development.
