Design And Implementation Of Customer Communication System In China Minsheng Banking Corporation Based On MDA

The rapid development of information technology has brought great changes in people's daily life, especially on the way of communication. To commercial bank, the traditional service of sitting in the counter can not meet the present needs any more. Meanwhile commercial bank should face the challenges from multinational-bank since China has already been a member of WTO, thus to offer a more convenient and better service to customers is becoming a major difficult task at present.This thesis makes a research and design of new customer communication system based on telephone, mobile message and e-mail by investigating current popular ways of communications and combining the needs of bank customers. Meanwhile considering the shortcomings of traditional software development, this thesis also covers the deep analysis and research of model driven architecture which proposed by OMG organization. Moreover this thesis proposes a solution to design and implement the customer communication system.Concerning of the conflict between the object-oriented development and traditional RDBMS, this thesis focuses on the research and analysis of object persistence technology and also propose a solution of object persistence for the communication system. At last in order to make this system deal with complex transactions, this thesis also makes research on workflow technology, by using a opensource workflow engine-shark in system and implement it.The customer communication system in MINSHENG bank stated in this thesis has a friendly interface and well functions. Regarding telecom management will provide 3G and IPTV service, this system leave a extended interface for video communication in the future. It got a very good feedback from customers and bank after using.
