The automatic quota measurement packing is in the end of a production line of link of many industrial processes. The thesis roots in the practical projec of production process control and optimization of information integration of one tomato sauce factory in Xinjiang.Optimization technology are applied to the dynamic quota packing weighting system to solute weighting precision and the weighing speed coordinated questions to improve its performance and dynamic response and measurement accuracy.This thesis researches on the Filling System based on extensive field investigation and document retrieval. It carries out Function Optimization designing, Dynamic Optimization designing, Itelligence Optimization designing and Visibility Optimization designing in order to complete a suit of automatic tomato sauce dynamic quantitative weight control system with integrity, high efficiency, high capability.This paper has improved through a detailed analysis of the process of filling system and the principle in the hardware and software.In the hardware, reducing the impact of tomato sauce fluid to weighing measurement device through bend; In the software, carring out Itelligence Optimization designing to the control of the system. The classical control methods are based on precise mathematic model. The fine dynamic and stable performance will be hard to reach without precise model. The fuzzy control is a method based on knowledge without model. The fuzzy dynamic modeling and analysing essentially is to describe the dynamic systems which has uncertain parameter, heavy inertia fuzzily with fuzzy language.This thesis adopts two kinds of control method including basic two dimension control and parameter self-adaptive fuzzy PID control to simulate and compare.Determined the control method that suits the tomato sauce automatic quota measurement packing system.The acquire system is built with PCI-1711 which is a PCI DAQ multi-function card. The system performs input timely by interruption. Experiments are carried out to verify the feasibility of the research conclusion. The control software is built in the LabVIEW environment. And it is so humanistic that users can perform it conveniently.
