| With the fast development of construction of urban and rural areas and the increase of investment in the infrastructure of our country, the requirement of cement is growing very fast. This requires us to improve the performance of cement packing machine, especially in all aspects of measurement precision, automation and packing environment. The old electrical control system of cement packing machine has been far unable to meet new demand, that need to develop new electrical control system, which automation degree is high; measurement accuracy is high; price is low. In this paper, a new electrical control system scheme is proposed.Firstly, this paper analyses the working process of the cement packing machine system, the main electrical control system scheme is proposed, and the scheme includes hardware design plan and software design plan. Siemens's S7-200 series PLC is used in the main electrical control system, the Step 7 programming software is used to design the ladder chart program and automatic control for cement packing machine has been realized. This paper also studies the PID control algorithm, discusses the classic PID control system's principle, in the PID control system the proportion parameter, the integral parameter, the differential parameter to system's tendency and the stable state performance influence, as well as the method of realization of PID control in PLC module.Secondly, the measuring system of cement packing machine is studied, the measuring system is digital measuring system and the single chip machine is the core part in the measuring system. The hardware filter technique and the software filter technique are used in the digital measuring system's design, the measuring system's anti-jamming and measurement accuracy are enhanced. This paper elaborates the design of various modules in the hardware circuit, such as power circuit, filter amplifying circuit, AD switching circuit, display circuit and so on.; Program flow diagrams and the essential part concrete C language code in the software design.At the same time, this paper studies the counter of the cement bag's number, designs a new kind of counter, this counter overcomes the shortcomings of high failure rate, inaccurate count in the traditional counters. This new counter reduces the workers'workload.Finally, we made the summary to the full paper and also pointed out the work requirements in the future. |
