With the Embedded System being wildly used and the technology of Embedded System rapid development, multi-core processors are being wildly used in Embedded System. The Multi-Core Embedded Operating System is becoming research hot pot,because it is the most important basic software platform for the embedded system,Generally,the Embedded Operating System has such typical characteristics as deterministic performance, high stability, portability and so on.The major job of this paper was to research the interrupt management of Multi-Core System. So I discussed the Advanced Programmable Interrupt Controller(APIC) first of all. APIC is a Interrupt Controller which is wildly used in X86 multi-core processors system, I introduced the work principle and inter-structure of APIC. After that, I analyzed the implementations of the Linux which supports Symmetric Multi-Processor architecture (SMP). I analyzed some key points, including the bootloader of the multi-processor, the interrupt management and the mutex and communications between processors. I designed the Multi-Core Embedded Operating System kernel called ucos_SMP which can support multi-core processor platform and I introduced it in detail. At last, I designed test cases for the ucos_SMP, effectively evaluated the functions of the ucos_SMP.During I designed the kernel of ucos_SMP, I researched the influences applying multi-core processors in Embdded System, especially the influence of system boot and interrupt management. In this paper,I presents an Significance exploratory research on designing Multi-Core Real-Time Operating System kernel. I present an dual-kernel design proposal based multi-core processors, which effectively improved the multi-core system's Real-Time performance.
