At present,environmental pollution mainly includes industrial sewage pollution,domestic sewage pollution, atmospheric pollution and solid waste pollution etc. Water pollution is the most severe, its effect on drinking water is irretrievable. So one stress of environmental improvement is to monitor and control sewage.After drawing out from underground, the crude oil will be transferred to the Multi-purpose station to dehydrate and dewax before transferring to refinery. So there is a great deal of sewage need to be handled in multi-purpose station in order to meet the discharge standard and avoid polluting the environment. Today, to handle sewage in high efficiency ways is very important to improve industries'economic benefit. So we use computer technique to design the sewage disposal automatic monitored control system according to the practical situation. This system is to monitor and control sewage disposal in local station and transfer the data to remote control-center.This system includes the dematerialized water tank level monitor and control subsystem, the outlet of dematerialized water tank PH monitor subsystem, the Variable Frequency Control of alkali-feed pump subsystem, the inlet of lift pump PH monitor subsystem, the Variable Frequency Control of acid-feed subsystem, the inlet and outlet of tertiary filter pressure monitor subsystem, the level monitor of sewage reservoir subsystem, report subsystem and data-transfer subsystem. This computer system combines the aforesaid subsystems to monitor and control sewage disposal in distributed control ways.
