The Design & Realization Of UNICOM Bussiness Analysis System Based On The DW

As the breaking of the monopoly in communication industry, the competition between the domestic Telecom operators has been so fierce that the enterprises are now unable to maintain their competitive advantages merely through price competition. More and more enterprises begin to think over mining the valuable information from large amounts of data to know better the customer's demands and inclinations to improve their decision-making. Based on the data warehouse technology, this dissertation analyzed the building and application of the China UNICOM Management Analysis System, aiming at improving the decision making. The China UNICOM Management Analysis System makes full use of the great number of valuable data developed by the services supporting system. .The data center is constructed using the data warehouse technology, and after intelligent process and treatment, the data would be able to provide the market-decision maker with computer application system to assist the decision making. The China UNICOM Management Analysis System consists of two parts, one the data Cleansing process, mainly concerning the setting of the data warehouse, while the other the data analysis technology, online-analysis process and data mining included. This dissertation introduced the basic concepts, contents, functions, relation between the Bussiness Analysis Support System and the service system and it's importance to the enterprises.The design, general frame of the system and the structure of the data warehouse are analyzed as well, while focusing on the analysis of the design and basic frame.The hardware platform, software constitution and the protection and accommodating-err mechanism of the system are well discussed as analyzing the hardware and software constitution of the system and the data treating process. As the data warehouse technology is the core of the business analysis support system, it determines the essential difference between the business analysis support system and other service systems. The business analysis system can't be built without the data warehouse technology and the data analysis technology based on the data warehouse.and their characteristics, difference and relation are discussed in detail accordingly.
