Study And Development Of CNC Services Query System

Telecom services have expanded fast with telecom technology, services supporting and developing. Telecom supporting system includes bill-processing system. Bill-processing system is as important as heart to human for telecom companies. It is relative to customer's benefit and also to development of telecom companies.The Development of CNC Yingkou Branch Business Querying System is a project developed jointly by Changchun Great Dragon Information Technology Co.,LTD and CNC Yingkou branch. This thesis is the sub-project of The Development of CNC Yingkou Branch Business Querying System.To meet business needs and to complete a city scale database designing about telecommunication business querying system are research goals in this thesis. The database system which can process fifty million records/year is based on Oracle9i.Traditionally,two-layer,three-layer client/server system is usually adopted in bill-processing system, and ODBC technology used to visit database and C language and Delphi as developing tool. But telecom service changed quickly, traditional platform is poor at dexterity, convenience and brings much trouble to software designers, maintenance workers and users.New technology for developing database is coming. Three-layer Browser/Server system, JDBC, JSP are chosen for telecom supporting system. Now, they are all applied to telecom service at CNC Yingkou Branch. Combining with bill-processing system of CNC Yingkou Branch, knowledge of designing database, completed demand analysis, conception analysis, and logical design, this paper realizes processing subsystem. At the same time, theory of designing database and key technology were introduced. At present, processing subsystem is using in business system. It was improved much than before. This is a valuable test for introduction new technology into telecom supporting system, and promotes its development.
