Remote Supervision And Control System Of Sewage Plant

With the development of our country economy, sewage treatment already has becomed an important industry, how to monitor discharge volume of the contamination enterprise has become an important problem for the supervisory control system technology. At 80 age, last century, the Qianzhou town has become "ten countrywide nice towns", and was also known as "home of the dyeing ", this town has more than 40 big or small dyeing enterprises. While driving economic growth, dyeing enterprise has also brought about certain damage to the environment.The Qianzhou town has spended a lot of money in sewage treatment by the town, village , enterprise during the past few years, successively establishes two 50,000 tons/ day sewage treatment plant . All dyeing enterprise has established waster water pretreatment facilities , all waster water is be tranmitted into the sewage treatment plant, and be discharged up to the standard .To monitor the water discharging of every dyeing enterprise, Qianzhou town have built up the sewage pipe net and assembled the valve and the sampling device in every dyeing enterprise pipeline entrance, the pipe network is allotted according to the region for 11 stations. The sampling device collects every average COD by taking sample, charge every enterprise treatment fee according to COD and the rate of flow data that flowmeter collects.This paper mainly study signal transfer and equipment control technology. We assembled equipment such as flowmeter and valve to carry out supervisory command, used Austria PCC product as supervisory device. The centrol control room of sewage plant adopted telephone line as transmission medium between the control room and every supervisory control station; we can collect and deal data and control equipment in the station at the centrol room.
