| City sewage treatment plant is to deal with the source of pollution discharged sewage(waste water). Since the pollutant total quantity or concentration is higher, it can’t adapt tothe requirement of environmental capacity or be up to standard, and leads to the reduction ofwater environment quality and function target. Therefore, it should complete the processingprocedure by a great deal of manpower. Sewage treatment process control is based on thematerial balance control based continuous strong slow process. Sewage treatment process touse large number of valves, pumps, fans and mud scraping machine and other mechanicalequipment, they are often according to certain procedures, timing and logic relations, stoppingtime. The traditional sewage treatment methods in semi-automatic mode, requires a largeamount of manpower to monitoring and maintenance.In view of the above problems, in order to ensure the production quality, to reduce thelabor intensity, facilitate production management, improve equipment utilization rate, energysaving, synergism of depletion of numbers, this thesis proposes a sewage plant and pumpstation control system design. System configuration is using mature technology, productdesign selection is in line with international or national industry standards, high reliability,strong adaptability, flexibility, convenient operation and maintenance; system softwareplatform is selection of mainstream operating system stable and safe, and is easy to use andmaintenance; management software, monitoring software, the software programming arechosen in line with international software industry standard development platform, andconsidering the development of convenience and easy expansibility.This paper combined with sewage treatment plant processing technology and controltechnology, is divided into five parts, wherein the second part introduced the sewagetreatment plant and pump station control system design, third, four part containing wastewater treatment plant and pump station control system peripheral hardware and softwaredesign, finally introduced the sewage treatment plant and pump station control systemapplication. The method described in this paper not only realizes the sewage treatment plantand pump station of automatic, efficient, reliable operation, and realizes data acquisition andreal-time, accuracy and uniformity information. |
