Furthermore, the application of all-in-one card system is extended more and more widly. Although it has been used in payment system of public transport, it can not been used in other consumption payment system such as POS of shopping centers. As a whole, the application development of all-in-one card system is far from the need of citizens at cuurent because of its security and scalability.In this paper, how to use CPU smart card for multitype consumption based on the exsited CPU card payment system is discussed and then the system extention with the function is dedigned and developed. The main content includes following six subjects.1. Designing of the card structure.2. Designing of consumption counting file.3. Development of mother card used for key released.4. Hardware environment construction for writing CPU card.5. Development of dynamic link library of CPU card reader.6. Development of software for CPU card writing and the improvement of application layer software of the IC card POS machine.The developed system for multitype consumption has been used in the countig comsumption service system of AACHINA. It demonstrated that the design and development are succesfull.
