The software requirement is important in the whole process of the development.As the growth of the software industry, the complication of software system booms instantly. A large number of statistics on software application shows that the failures of such projects are due to problems in management instead of technical insufficient. Poor Requirement Management is outstanding in list of problems in project management. In many projects, Requirement Management is in shortage or limited into requirement acquirement and analysis itself. Requirement Management has various continents and preferment, with corresponding methods and techniques in the lifecycle of software project, that is, start, plan, execution, control and finish. Requirement Management, as a whole in software project, focuses in requirement fulfillment as final target. As a result, it's important as well as necessary in success of software project and also meaningful in management of the project.
