Realized the multiple perspect ives on technology selection cross-platform, high re-usability considerations; W e also analyzed the software project development, the essence of software dev elopers--intellectual workers, then points out that the traditional manual worker s commonly piece, measuring ability evaluation method for software developer s, applicability,and in the study, the basis of fuzzy theory and analytic hierarch process the combination of two, build the software developers ability evaluation method, and be implemented in the system.
