Architecture And Implementation Of Electromagnetic Automatic Test Platform

As the development of the Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) automatic test technology, to some extent, greatly enhanced test efficiency and precision, but the repeat to the development of the automatic test systems (ATS) leading to substantial waste of resources. The development of highly efficient ATS has become the focus of the work.Based on the background of a actual project, this paper initially study the new development of the EMC ATS and the framework of the platform in the lab, and using the software reuse technology improved reusable components of the functional layer, and gives the norm process of ATS development; and then follow process and use the components to achieve a EMC standard test system; Because the system is designed for the pre- compatible which is a shielded room Pre-test, I also made a pre-compatible lab research, and calibration the system on the basis of the environmental studies .
