| In the poor students education management system, as a result of the implementation of projects of the time inconsistency at all levels, the dynamic character of poor students database, mobility of work-study student loans, as well as the complexity of the procedure, all difficult issues results in the scattered, red tape, lack of a systematic and scientific day-to-day management work. Meanwhile, a great deal of students information is collected in university MIS. But many of university MIS have no functions that can analyze data and make decision. So to study the application of data mining in university MIS is with the realistic significance. To solve it, we start the study of poor college management system to upgrade the poor hygiene and day-to-day management from office automation to the information network.This thesis first analyzes the problems which appear in Impoverished as to the present domestic university real state. By analysis of the actualities and shortage of university MIS, we conduct the analysis research to development feasibility and the application prospect of the university impoverished student management information system from the system development angle. Meanwhile, as essential concept and functions of data mining, we proposed the application flow, method and functions of data mining technology application in university MIS. Furthermore, we have already applied related technology to university MIS. The system includes three parts as follows: impoverished students management, assists loan management, hard work to support study management. The system includes student applications and inquiries system based on B/S model and college and students Office Management system based on C/S model two parts, which integrated the function students applying for landing and college audit management. The thesis outlined the overall structure as well as the method of exploitation to develop "the higher education impoverished student management information system" (use "the System" for short in the following text), and lay emphasis on introducing the system various modules function and the realization result. |
