Student Management Information System Design And Implementation

With the development and progress of our society, in order to improving the efficiency of student management, we has designed the system of student infomation management,which is a subsystem of Student Management System. According to the requirements of the users, the system is mainly applied to student infomation management of university which manages the class's course and student's grade more automatically.The system uses Midas(Mult-itiered Distributed Application Services)technology, a distributed system architecture in the traditional two-tier structure of C / S model extended to client layer, middle layer and data layer tier model . In choosing the developing tool, Delphi 7.0 programming language is employed .And the DataBase I used is sqlsever2000 which is used to ensure the integrated and consistency of the data.The system is designed so wide that it comprehensive including most of each information about student's grade, such as class's course and grade management .In this part,data mining the student's grade .Based on the basic concepts of data mining, This thesis uses ID3 algorithm of decision tree for different types of courses to analyze student's grade. In order to identifying the potential impact on student's grade,SO that students can maintain good status,So as to provide support decision for the teaching department,to promote better teaching,and to improve the quality of teaching.Generally speaking, this thesis mainly introduce the ideas of the analysizing , designing ,implementing and testing of the system.At first, the thesis discusses background, purpose and significance of the Student Management System. Then it narrates the related technologies and the advantage of the database technique and Delph7.0. And it has used more space to describe the requirement analysis and the integrated design analysis of the system. What's more, it has introduced the methods and idea of each module concretely in the integrated design analysis of the system, at the same time it narrates the process of designing the DataBase. At last, the system can complete the input and output of the information, and it has achieved the modification, delete, query and statistic of datum. By the software test, the system proved to be highly effective and practical.Thanks to design the Student Management System, the level of the school's Management has developed highly, and it is convenient for administrators to manage the students'archives.
