Research On Quality Control Of Tower Project

With the rapid development of the economy of China and innovation of the information technology, the projects of the telecommunication industry were more important than before. The functions of the telecommunication engineering projects and quality requirements have been constantly enhanced, more and more telecom enterprise have realized the importance of project quality management. Project Quality Management as a quality management theories and methods to improve the quality of the management is very effective. Domestic project management theory and the quality management in project applications has just started, and tower project is currently in the process of application of quality management is not very perfect. Therefore, this article aims to tower project on the impact of the factors of quality management, Through quality control to improve the level of tower project for reference.First of all ,this paper analyzed from the project management, quality management, the theoretical study conducted. Thesis on quality management projects have been studied in related fields, analyze the quality of the project, quality management, project quality management principles and the basis for quality control of projects, methods and principles. On this basis, a thesis studied on important factors of the tower project in the quality management . First of all paper analyzed the environment factors that affect tower projects management, such as engineering geology, hydrology, meteorology, such as engineering and technology environment. And then we studied the impact of projects on the quality of material factors,. Various types of engineering materials, accessories, semi-finished products, such as the construction of the material conditions is the basis of quality of tower construction project. Further more wo studied the quality of the equipment factors. Construction machinery and equipment is arious types of machinery and equipment that used in the construction. Engineering machinery and equipment directly affect the quality of the tower project or even lead to serious consequences. Followed by an analysis of the staff factors impact of the project quality management. Mainly refers to the staff factor is the quality of leadership, the operator of the theory, technology, physical defects, carelessness, such as a disciplinary violation. Finally, the above four aspects are summarized. We analysed the key factors of tower projects of the quality. 1. project managers lack the technical level and the existing staff needs to be improved; 2. materials can not guarantee the quality and performance; 3. the status of equipment; 4. new technology, new technologies, the application of new materials.Through the above analysis of the collated, this paper studied in accordance with the characteristics of projects and requirements of tower project. Tower project on decision-making and design stage as well as the construction and acceptance phases of quality control have been studied. Four stages of quality control of the main content, methods and means of measures have been analyzed and summarized. In this way, tower projects characteristics and quality management theory have been integrated, and a more comprehensive solution solve the tower project quality management actual problem.
