| Output power, pulse energy and beam direction are the basic parameters of LASER performance, so real-time measure and analysis of stability are not only good for the acquaintance of character of LASER, but also support reference for designing of LASER. At present, to obtain more information about LASER, meterage instruments of LASER becomes more and more intelligent, the high-powered power instruments are integrated with extended communication interface, without alteration of its internal structure, users can obtain real-time data, it is convenient to extend relevant functions and evaluate its performance and increases freedom and flexibility.FieldMaster is a power/energy instrument which is described above, it was made by COHERENT company of America and integrated with standard RS-232 serial interface, so we can obtain real-time data. Base on the interface, we developed software FMGS 1.0 of measuring and analyzing parameters of LASER to make the results more visible, meanwhile, the added function of evaluating beam stability made it more powerful than FieldMaster.Base on integrated development environment of Visual C++, with API communication functions of Win32, we developed software FMGS 1.0, experiment shows that, it not only achieved the original function of FieldMaster, but also extended energy measurement of single-pulse, excursion measurement of laser beam and real-time measurement of power. The manual operation was replaced by automatic operation, operation became more flexible; it added stability measurement function and increased the precision by adding decimal from 2 to 7, it reflected LASER wholly; the added'save as'function of data and bitmap made it convenient to analyze data.Powerful function, simple operation, friendly man-machine interface, easy to maintain and upgrade, these are of practicality and good for study for parameter measurement of pulse LASER which was electrooptically tuned... |
