The developing requirements of the information, intelligence, integration and network in automatic measurements make the research and application more popular in integrating the network communication, virtual instrument and automatic measurements. This dissertation put high premium on the NPnP(Network Plug-and Play) technologies of the data acquisition (DAQ) devices of the networked automatic measurement system including the NPnP models, the integrating architecture of NPnP and the protocol sets of the information and data exchange. The main content is introduced in detail as follows:Firstly, according to the applying requirements of PnP technologies of the measurement devices on network, the new approach of the NPnP methods of DAQ devices is proposed based on the relative ways of UPnP, Jini, Salutation and IGRS, etc.Secondly, the NPnP architecture of the DAQ devices is proposed which is divided into different layers according to relative functions.Thirdly, with the exchanging targets of the information and data of DAQ devices with the NPnP model, the protocol sets are proposed and developed including finding protocols and removing protocols of DAQ devices and the working protocols of the data acquisition network, in addition, the four kinds of protocols of front-end hardware design ways included in the protocol sets are provided. With the provided protocols, all the DAQ devices can implement the sharing access in PnP in the networked DAQ environments.Finally, in order to evaluate the research results, a network data acquisition system is designed based on networked Plug-and-Play protocols of DAQ device, which is tested in the LAN of the research Laboratory shows that the network data acquisition system can work successfully. |
