With the rapid development of global economy,information and network, electronic government(E-government) has been the aim that many countries and regions are going for.Implementation of E-government is not only the basic direction of the administrative reform and innovation,but also the fundamental power to drive the development of national economy and the informatization of the society.Starting from the connotation of E-government,the thesis expatiates its development,discusses the status of E-government in government informatization, and expatiates the concept and theoretical model of E-government.Then,the small and medium-sized E-government system is constructed based on.NET platform.This solution adopts the multistage distributing B/S(Browser/Server) structure with three tiers,based on Internet,which makes the system more robust and extensible.The clients access and query the system information through a web browser.The E-government system shares and exchanges information fully,and provides technical support for office automation.The main research work is as follows:The advantages of.NET platform and SQL Server 2000 technology are deeply studied.Apply Ajax technology to the application of the system.The database server is SQL Server 2000,and the information server is Internet Information Server 6.0,under the.NET framework,with C# as the main design program language.Through using this system,the government handles the optimization restructuring being able to realize the government framework of organization and the technological process working,provides administrative efficiency,reduces administrative cost,improves the government job providing society with high grade and all-direction,standard but transparent,in keeping with international standard administration and serving.
