| The transportation of oversize products is a kind of special logistic for national important project, and closely related to the safety of the key equipment which concerns the metallurgy, chemistry, petroleum, mining, water conservancy and national defense industry. A great deal of factors should be considered in the transporting process, which is difficult to manage and control. Because of the lack of the scientific, facilitate, and effective technique, we often make decisions depend on our experience about choosing the vehicle, locating and enlacing the products and calculating the passing ability of the combination vehicles and the like.Considering former engineering context, this paper will make use of IE theory, with a view of the problem of the oversize or overweight products (os/ow) transportation practice in China National Erzhong Group Co, to research these items as follows:First, in chapter one, this paper analysis the status quo and development trend at home and abroad in this field.In chapter two, using basic IE theory, in accordance with the trailer, semi-trailer and the emerging gooseneck trailer and tractor characteristics, we study the main factors that impact the safety of os/ow transportation.In chapter three, based on the former two chapters, we concluded that checking methods of the main impact of oversize products transport safety factors to help transport staff in the early stage of decision-making get reasonable choice in choosing transportation vehicles, cargo and trailer fastening method, pre-judgment transport vehicles' stability during transport operation and whether the combination vehicles could pass the roads smoothly.Next, in chapter four, We studied the decision-making process of oversize products transportation, and design the module for the four major functions (individual checking, comprehensive checking, historical information inquiries and database maintenance) of the system, established the mathematical model for each module required, and built a workflow of the system development, database designing method and a overall framework of the system.At last, we put this system into engineering practice and choose typical functional modules to verify its accuracy and validity. |
