| Aircraft cooperative design is one of the important fields in the future research of aircraft design, and quit an exploratory technique. The motive of the research is to design products meeting market demand in a shorter development lifecycle so that success in the intense international competition can be achieved. Product Data Management (PDM) is a supportive technology for the cooperative design, to study it is of both theoretical and practical significance. But the present PDM system doesn't meet the requirements of aircraft cooperative design well. Its inefficiencies mainly display in the following aspects: insufficient system function, inadequate support for distributed cooperation, unideal performance of data interaction in heterogeneous environment, inflexible function extension and so on. In allusion to the mentioned problems above, in this thesis, a multilayer architecture of PDM system based on ICE, XML and Hibernate is brought forward. Respectively, the distributed cooperation is realized via ICE; the data interaction in heterogeneous environment is realized via XML; the access to the relational database uses Hibernate; and the flexible extension of system functions is realized via processor configuration table. In this thesis, detailed analysis and study is made on the system framework, document management module of PDM and technologies involved, such as ICE middleware technology, XML data exchange technology and Hibernate object relational mapping technology. Based on the real demands of aircraft cooperative design, system framework and document management modules of PDM system are designed and implemented with UML and the current mainstream object-oriented technology, and integrated with the existing product structure and product configuration modules, etc, building up the whole PDM system. The final system has been successfully applied to the aircraft cooperative design. |
