The Development And Application Of 3G Address Book On The Basis Of The Brew Platform

Brew is the common interface platform that QUALCOMM Company offers for the application program's development and execution. Brew platform provides the independent Chipset independence, integrated distribution and billing features, and direct carrier involvement. BREW platform has provided a set of application interface and the manufacturer and the personnel who develop can expand the working environment at any time.This paper mainly elaborates the design and the application of 3G address book based on the Brew platform. Brew has offered better mechanism of management for upper strata frame. With the MVC, DECORATOR and FACADE design patterns and the characteristic which the upper strata employ, the address book application layer has carried on the optimized design. The application uses buffer in the address book initialization process. With the application's buffer mechanism, the substep mechanism and the backstage mechanism, the address book module's time-optimization has been realized.The innovations of the thesis are the MVC frame expansion, the optimization of the address book inquiry and the tactics optimization of the address book buffer's INIT.
