| There are many sound signals in the manufacturing production, for they are real time, stability and so on, we can use them into some work, just like fault diagnosis, predicted output and it will enhance productivity properly. This essay designs a system in which uses the DSP and USB interface circuit, then separately describe the achievement of hardware and software.In the part of hardware design, it mainly expound the whole train of thought, structure and the effect, design principle and PCB implement of every module. The whole system includes DSP module, power module, AD convert module, external expend memory module and USB module. The core in the system is a DSP chip, TMS320VC5402 is been select, and the DSP module includes reset, clock and JTAG circuit. The power module changes 5V input power into 3.3V and 1.8V, for supply the system energy. And the AD convert module contains collection and conversion. In the collection part, TLC2272 is been used, it changes input sound signals into differential signals for AD conversion, then use TLC320AD50C to achieve the aim that change analog signal into digital. It obtain VC5402 through McBSP. Extend memories utilize the ability of FLASH that signal not lost at power-off state and the ability of SRAM that calculate rapidly, to provide VC5402 a vast space to calculate and store the signals. The USB module is the whole system and PC's interface, in this essay, PDIUSBD12 that comes from Philips Incorporation is been used, and the protocol is USB1.1. The manner of deliver the data in the system is parallel, which is serialization between the system and PC.In the part of software design, it tells AD's programming, USB's firmware programming, driver's programming and software in application works. The aim of AD programming is implement sound signals collection and transport. The firmware describes the interruption and enumerate in details. In the essay it also introduces the development tools and USB's soft model in details, and presents the process of driver programming and application programming.The essay finished the design of DSP for collection and USB for transmission, and uses the DSP system to obtain the collect function of sound signals. |
