Application Of The Three Gorges Reservoir Area-based Model Of Software Talents Training

The professionals' training in the university can not be separated from the guidance of the scientific training model.The construction of professionals' training model in the university is propitious to change the conception of traditional education,fosters professionals education conception,is conducive to further deepen the reform of higher education,and also promotes improving the quality of teaching and the quality of personnel training education in colleges and nniversities.Therefore,researching the model of training higher professionals in a strategic view plays a key role in training high-quality and high-level personnel in line with the reality of our country,in promoting the scientific and technological progress,in enhancing the nation's scientific and cultural quality,in increasing productivity levels,in promoting the rapid development of the national economy,and in enhancing the comprehensive national strength.This article is based on educational thinking and the conception reform as the first step,teaching reform as the core,improving the quality of teaching and striving to build a software application training model as the main line,the principle which is "from the practice,higher than the practice,and guiding the practice" as the guidance,combines with Three Gorges Reservoir district's actual needs and the actual situation of the Chongqing Three Gorges College which is my work unit,firmly grasps the fundamental problem which is "what is software application professionals training model and how to build software application professionals training model",makes some useful exploration in building at local undergraduate universities through analyzing the characteristics of software application professionals,theoretical researching on training model of software application professionals,and using the experiences of domestic and foreign software applications training reference,The full text is divided into four parts.1.This article discusses the background of the research topic selection and the significance of this study,give out research ideas,research content and research methods.2.This article defines the conception of the professionals' training model and analyzes the connotation and extension of the professionals' training model conception, as well as the elements of it.It also defines the conception of the undergraduate applications-oriented talent and software applications-oriented talent,analyses their characteristics and discusses the knowledge,abilities and quality levels which they should have,describes and analyses professionals' training model at home and abroad.3.Combines with Three Gorges Reservoir district's actual needs and the actual situation of the Chongqing Three Gorges College which is my work unit,builds the "3T" model for software applications-oriented talent training.Give out the guiding ideology, basic principles for the building progress.4.Finally,describes the implementation of software applications-oriented talent training model in Chongqing Three Gorges College.
