The rapid development of the global economy has led to increased competition in the market.As an important means for firms to gain a competitive advantage,employee training is valued by stakeholders such as shareholders,managers and employees,and companies have also increased their investment in training.By attaching importance to employee training in concept and continuously increasing investment in employee training in practice,companies can build advantages and maintain strength in the fierce competition for talents and knowledge,so as to achieve long-term development goals.As the main component of the production and scientific and technical personnel of the enterprise,their training takes an important place in the training of all personnel of the enterprise.Based on the characteristics of technical R&D personnel in the information technology industry,this thesis uses RH software as an example to conduct research on the optimization of the training system for technical R&D personnel through the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of its training system.The first,the research background of this thesis,the importance of the theoretical and practical application of the research,the research content,the research group,the research method,the innovation points of this article.On this basis,the related research status and related concept theories are sorted out and summarized.Secondly,it analyzes the status quo of RH software technology R&D personnel training system.The company and human resources profile of RH Software are introduced.The characteristics of the information technology industry and its R&D personnel,and the importance and requirements of technical R&D personnel training are used to pave the way for the current situation analysis.Then it made a specific analysis on the status quo of RH software training.It also analyzed the problems and reasons in the training of RH software technology R&D personnel.Based on the actual situation of RH software,the overall training situation of RH software technology research and development personnel is investigated through questionnaire surveys and interviews,and the relevant data of the questionnaire and interviews are statistically analyzed.From the perspectives of unclear training needs analysis,evaluation deviation of training resources,selection of training types and methods,and transformation of training results,the problems of RH Software in training technical R&D personnel and the reasons for the problems are analyzed.Finally,the optimization measures for the construction of the RH R&D personnel training system are proposed.Creation and optimization of a vocational training system in terms of job analysis,technical and research needs in training,construction of multi-level training resources,establishment of diversified training methods,construction of a good atmosphere for the transformation of training results,and guarantee of training management system.At the same time,it summarizes the risk factors and preventive measures for the training of technical R&D personnel,and improves the optimization of the training system.RH Software technology research Competency model theory was used based on the actual situation of human resource development.combined with the strategic development direction of RH software,optimizes the training mode of technical R&D personnel,and can effectively cultivate the strong learning ability and activeness of technical R&D personnel.His innovative thinking stimulates the improvement of his own professional technical skills.The research in this thesis will provide references for the establishment and improvement of technical R&D personnel training of other information technology companies,and will also propose ideas for the human resource learning and development of technical R&D personnel.
