With the rapid development of the automobile electronic technology,people's demands on automobile's safety and comfort requirements are also rising.Window system as an important part of automobile body,Most of the purchaser will be considered power windows as necessary comfort features,It makes people driving and protecting automobile much better,therefore,automobile manufacturers considered it as a basic function.At present,the window system is developing along the direction of modular,intelligent and humane.In this paper,a window control algorithm based on the driving speed and temperature difference was given,which can improve the driver's safety and comfort at high speed.On this basis,constructing windows LIN network control system was constructed based on LIN-bus technology, the main work is as follows:(1) First of all,researching the LIN v2.1 bus protocol and using LIN bus to constitute the window control system.Then the hardware design of the automobile window control system based on a LIN bus network was given.The requiredments of the window intelligent control system function was analysed.According to the requiredments of system function,the design of relevant hardware circuit was completed,including the power supply circuit,MCU circuit,motor drive circuits,the A/D sampling circuit and so on.(2) Design the automobile window control system software based on the LIN bus.Using modular and hierarchical design idea,the flow chart of the overall process of the window intelligent control system was designed.The smart power device MC33486 from Freescale company was used to achieve antitrapping function by monitoring the permanent magnet DC motor current changes of the windows' operation.Two data,including current changes speed extent during the resistance and up to the top of the window'maximum time stored in the EEPROM,were used to judge whether the resistance was met,which increase the accuracy of the judgement. "Watchdog" software technology was used as anti-interference measures,achieving software design of window control system based on the LIN bus.(3) Given out a window control algorithm based on driving speed and temperature difference.The speed of automobile could be monitored by the speed sensors when the driver is keeping high-speed driving on the way.When the actual speed is faster than the limited speed,the temperature inside and outside of the automobile are measured by temperature sensor,then the temperature data could spread to microcontrollers through the A/D conversion circuit,and adoption of a new automobile window control algorithm to control the automobile window in order to carry out intelligent hoist movements,thereby enhancing driver' safety and comfortable in the process of driving.Testing the function of the window control system,finally,completed the simulation of the window LIN network system by the German VECTOR company's CANoe simulation software,and the window control design' reasonable and performance achievement is verified.
