Development of automobile technology is applied more and more often in the field of the automobile electronic. The traditional technology of automobile electronic is limited to the electro-control of some mechanical spare components in the automobile, which is comparatively simple, and the relevant equipment is comparatively huge. This technology is comparatively backward. According to the requirement of the automobile's actual application condition's levity, modern automobile electronic technology can optimize the integrated control of the whole performance of the automobile by utilizing technology of computer,network communication and control technology. The modern automobile electronic technology has already tended towards entire automobile's integrated electronics,intelligent andmodularization, and the bus-based controller network technology is a new development direction of the automobile electronic technology.In this article, an integrated automatic electric-window switch control system based on LIN bus is schemed out. The system includes wireless remote lock which is based on KEELOQ scroll code,antitrapping by Electric-window and integrated controller. The output remote code is always different whenever you push the bottom, so the system has anti-intercept ability and can also prevent the same signal to be resend or to be traced. As a result, the security, reliability and usability are enhanced. The antitrapping function of foreign automobile Electric-window is almost realized by adopting the way of measure Hall signal, while in this design we investigate the antitrapping algorithms without using sensors. Integrated controller realizes security protection function of the doors, integrates the receiver of the remote lock which saving the space of the automobile. Automatic close window when flameout is also realized in this system, which greatly enhance the security and practicability of electric-window, and have important signification to car manufaction naturalized.In this project, the main hardware chip is the high performance 8-bit singlechip computer PIC16F73, PIC16F627 and PIC16F676 which come from Microchip. The PIC16F73 is used as MCU of LIN master node and the PIC16F676, PIC16F627 is used as MCU of LIN slave node. The communication between the master node and the slave node adopts the mode of UART serial communication to realize the LIN bus communication. This paper provides the detailed realized method of antitrapping, central remote lock system, automatic window close when flameout.After spot tested, the automobile Window, Remote, Integrated Control System is proved to operate inerrably, and its performance is good. Now this project is put into commercialization and gained the praise of the customer.
