Study On The Information Flow Of Public Crisis In Bulleting Board System

When Internet appeared, it brought deep influence and change to information communication of human society. The Bulleting Board System is one of the main channels in Internet communication area. It is a more open and freer place for the spreading of kinds of information.In recent years, public crisis happens frequently all over the world. Additionally, 2008 is the year when public crisis breaks out frequently. Public crisis has a wide influence on people's daily life and social order. Management of public crisis relates to the stability and development of a district, even a country. In a time when media industry and technology improves rapidly, public crisis communication becomes a key factor of the success of public crisis management. However, information is a core element of public crisis communication. Taking the Wenchuan Earthquake event for instance and basing on the analysis of information flow in the bulleting board system, this thesis tried to summarize the spreading of the information in bulleting board system, find out the leading direction and controlling strategy. Thus the suggestions and advices have a realistic influence on management of public crisis in an Internet world.
