Radar signal processing is a very important part of electronic countermeasures. We can only scout out and disturb enemy's radar device when the enemy radar signal is distinguished from other signals and analyzed accurately. The thesis, aiming at the features of the common pulse radar signal, builds a universal digital signal processing system, according to high-speed demand of modern wars, in order to facilitate all weapon units and commanding systems'sharing of the scouted information. It is necessary for using an OS in the digital signal processing system in order to meet the requirement of the electronic war.This digital signal processing system can be divided into the resource management subsystem, which does deeper analysis on the identified signals and manages signal resources, and the radar signal processing subsystem, which works under ARM9 processer and the Linux Operating System. The radar signal recognition subsystem mainly extracts the repeat frequency rate, pulse width and carrier frequency etc, based on the DSP subsystem. The system could identify the radar signal while sharing the intelligence resources, providing a platform for future development. The OS is transported on the target board, which communicates with other devices through net interface. Automatic recognition and automatic tracing algorithm is implemented on the DSP subsystem.
