Along with the development of the information, the intellectualization and the Network, the embedded system technology has obtained the broad development space. The embedded system obtains the widespread application in many industries and is changing these industries gradually. It will bring great applications in the fitness equipment field.The strength fitness described in this paper is used in network fitness club. This paper mainly focuses on developing of control system based on ARM embedded technology. By making use of its advantage in high integration, graphics, image processing, and network, it will combine ARM and fitness equipment together. Bringing video and network application into the system with a friendly touch screen makes the equipment more interactive and expansive and provides personal services for fitness people.According to network strength fitness device feature,this article firstly discusses the control system for the identification and implementation. Ultimately chooses the ARM-based hardware development platform and WinCE system which could meet the high-performance processing requirements, and select S3C2440 as a control chip.Secondly, using ARM as the core, the hardware circuit of the whole system is developed by combining with the peripheral circuits and according to the features of strength fitness equipment. Windows CE is used as operating system. Complete the driver of Servo and the driver of matrix keyboard for Windows CE. Application of strength fitness is finished with C#. This kind of strength fitness equipment can transfer data on network.Finally according the result of debugging application on circuit board, analyze the features of the system and propose the prospects of further development.At the specific context of engineering applications, take the research of fitness equipment control system based on ARM and Windows CE. Achieve controlling system for fitness equipment with the functions of multimedia display and transferring date on network. The contents of the paper have some innovation and practicability in modern fitness equipments field. |
