| This paper is based on the project"Research and Design of MEMS Module Based on WSN"from National Project Fund. And the warehouse application system of WSN is researched and designed in this paper, which can monitor and locate the goods accurately.Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and indicates the significance of WSN by expatiating the development at home and abroad.By analyzing the characteristics and requirements of the warehouse system, a warehouse monitoring and locating system based on WSN is constructed. The key part is how to design the hardware platform in this system. The network is based on ZigBee specification. The CC2431 is a true System-On-Chip (SOC) for wireless sensor networking ZigBee?/IEEE802.15.4 solutions. This chip includes microcontroller, compliant RF transceiver and location engine. Considering several performances, gateway nodes and terminal nodes are designed; Meanwhile, according to the requirement of low cost,miniaturization and transmitted distance ,a new inverted antenna F(IFA) is designed to optimize the performance of nodes. Using the HFSS 11- antenna simulation tools of Ansoft Company, the parameters of IFA antenna is simulated, and then compared with monopole antenna. Experiments were made in school gymnasium as in a warehouse. When the precision requires , the largest inaccuracy of measurement is less than . So the design can basically meet the needs of warehouse. Also, temperature of the nodes was measured, and then the data was analyzed. At last,this paper also summarizes the main task and anticipates the further research aspects in the future. |
