Research Of The Gun-Recoil Parameters Test System

This paper introduces the method of Gun Recoil Parameters Test. Using the theories of classical interior ballistics, weapon gas dynamics and rigid-body dynamics, the motion of gun-body's recoil are analyzed in detail and the mathematics model of this machine gun is built up. Base on the mathematics model, the dynamics simulation of the 7.62mm machine gun is developed with Matlab, and the results are shown as curves.On the analyzing to Characteristics of gun-recoil, three dimension pressure sensors are designed. On top of this, the platform and fixture are also designed for gun-recoil motion test. Application Method is simple introduceMethod for parameters setting of the data acquisition board is systematically analyzed. The method with software that can extend the special function of parameters setting controlled is put forward. finally, the DAQ and the program for dynamics acquisition is tested with good results.
