| Seawater invasion is a characteristic problem of resources and environment in modem society;it is a common environmental degradation phenomenon in coastal area. At present,there are dozens of countries and regions with the problem of seawater invasion around the world.The seawater invasion is bringing serious hazards to coastal countries,causing enormous economic loss,and greatly blocking the society and economic sustainable development.The coastline of Liaoning Province is 2178.3km,a lot of regions,such as Dalian,Jinzhou and Huludao,have serious problem of seawater invasion,causing problems of arable land reduction and equipment corrosion,seriously affected people's lives.Thus,it's of great value and sense to carry out research in seawater invasion,prevent against and mitigate the seawater invasion.The conventional methods of data analysis and management are out of date to meet the demand of ocean data processing;the appearance of GIS provides a good way for this problem.This dissertation will introduce the GIS technology into the field of ocean, enable the database construction and management of ocean data more scientific, visualizing and facilitative,this can be helpful for the network issuance and share of ocean information.The basic idea of ComGIS is to divide the major function module into several controls,each control accomplish different function.Different GIS controls and non-GIS controls can be integrated expediently through visualizing software development tools,then form the ultimate application of GIS.The main functions of the system are developed by MapXtreme2005 which is a software of ComGIS and C#.NET,particularly described the system develop objective, construction principles,system structure and function modules.The purpose of the dissertation is to develop a computer aided planning and information management system with the function of data management,graphics management,information query and statistical analysis.Through varieties of processing on long-term seawater intrusion monitoring data,achieve effective management of data and integrate analysis of many factors,rapid access to information that meets the application needs,so that we can raise the ability of integrate management on seawater invasion,and provide technical basis for scientific research and management decision-making. |
