With the development of automotive electronics technology, the number of automotive electronic control units becomes more and more.Improving reliability of communication among control units and reducing the cost of circuit have become necessary. Using CAN (Controller Area Network) bus technology is an effective way to solve this problem.Chassis signal collection and control system was designed in this paper. Firstly the circuit was designed to modulate and filter wheel speed signal and bodywork acceleration signal. Then SCM LPC2292 was used to process the signal. The SCM sends the signal to sub-controller of the vehicle's chassis system base on CAN network and all the sub-controller can communicate each other by CAN bus too.CAN bus provides a way of communication among brake, steering and suspension sub-system of chassis system.The sub-controllers can acheive harmony control by exchanging signal. The sub-controllers working harmoniously can acquire better effect than the sub-controllers working independently, and it can match with the work state of automobile.
