Power Plant System On The Virtual DPU Technology

With the development of communication technology and simulation technology, the Distributed Control System is shifting from the full-scope Simulation to the Virtual Simulation. It brings new ideas and opportunities for the development of simulation training system.Based on the analysises of the virtual DPU technology, model transformation and communication mechanism, This paper puts forward a project to carry out the training simulation system based on the Virtual DPU technology, and studies the key technique involved and develops simulation software for DCS operator, which simulates the DCS operation station interface that is in accordance with the real unit. It offers the visual modeling platform, operation platform and the function of creating, online modifying and debugging the simulation model. It enables to train the operation personnel to carry on configuration and debug of DCS system. Practice indicates that this scheme is feasible, practicable and simple.
