Research On Inventory Management Information System Of Airline Maintenance

In recent years, with the credit market is tightening under the influence, Air transport market competition of increasing, Airlines are faced with improving service quality and reduce operation costs. Aircraft maintenance management is an important content of the airline company management. Aircraft maintenance management status, directly affects the operation cost airlines. Therefore each aircraft maintenance units need to improve ability, reduce cost. And reduce inventory management cost is the most effective method of the most direct, according to the requirements of an airline began to change traditional way of inventory management, inventory information management method of saving resources, so as to reduce the maintenance cost.First, the paper introduces the inventory management and research status, and based on this, advances the limitations of traditional inventory management. Then raises the concept of management information system, analyzes the information management system in the theory and application of inventory management, based on the inventory management information system. In this paper the maintenance of inventory information management systems, and is compared on two management method proposed after implementation of inventory management information system for the maintenance of the optimized inventory management level, to encourage the maintenance of application on the inventory management system.The purpose of this paper is introduced the airline maintenance change the traditional method of inventory management, supply chain under the environment of generalized inventory management information system, realized the inventory management information, so as to improve work efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, shorten the cycle of maintenance.
