Design And Implementation Of Comprehensive Management Platform For Motor Vehicle Maintenance

With the development of Internet technology,the network has penetrated into all aspects of everyday life.Every industry is moving towards using the Internet.For the motor vehicle maintenance industry,at this stage,it is mainly managed through combination of management systems and Excel,this method has problems that data cannot be automatically shared between departments and management is inefficient.Therefore,using Internet technology,it is important to design and implement a complete integrated maintenance platform for motor vehicle.The paper combines the actual situation of YeQin repair shop in Daqing city,gives detailed needs analysis based on business process,uses object-oriented thinking,adopts ASP.NET MVC framework,uses SQL Server 2012 for data storage,and implements the comprehensive management platform for motor vehicle maintenance.The main functional modules of the platform include basic information management,parts inventory management,maintenance management,cashier transaction management,post-repair tracking management and maintenance data analysis.The main process of platform is that the customer makes an online reservation or directly go to the store for maintenance,the front reception staff generates registration forms,the maintenance personnel repair and maintenance,the procurement staff purchase the parts in time according to the inventory manager's counting records.In the maintenance data analysis module,platform uses the decision tree algorithm to provide suitable maintenance items for vehicles of different mileages and analyzes the use of various types of parts,the way to come to the store,customer satisfaction.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses system analysis,system design,system implementation and system testing.The platform has been developed and is using in YeQin shop.At the commissioning stage,the system is stable and meets the requirements of various roles.Simple and clear operation,integrated management not only brings great convenience to the shop,but also improves the competitiveness of the repair shop in the motor vehicle maintenance industry.
