Study On Crosstalk And Its Effect Of Interconnect In VDSM

As we know, crosstalk is the important factor of SI,and it straight lead to the signal delay and noise. This paper concern on the study of RLC crosstalk and its effect.IF the effect of inductance considered inside, the RC module must be optimized adding L factor as RLC module so to make the characterization of crosstalk more closer to the practical situation. The whole model is very complex so as not to calculate fast enough even using the advanced computer, then the method reduction methods show their advantage. So according APP of the single-factor model can get the macro model of the SI, the multi-couple model can nearest the fact circuit and get the better non-source and stability to the crucial factors.All the research results could reduce the computing-time and increase the accuracy of the crosstalk noise estimation.
