Study On The Design Of Highway Traffic Observation Data Information Sharing Platform

The development of traffic information service is one of important tasks for the development of current highway traffic. The collection, processing, and sharing then application of highway traffic observation data information is an important part for highway traffic information services.About the researches of traffic data in the information sharing and engineering practice, the foreign has a series of technology very early, to achieve the application of ITS. And currently our country has been rapid development also for traffic information sharing technology, such as information platform on public transportation, the city transportation and so on, yet for the information sharing related technologies of highway traffic observation data, is awaiting research systematically.This paper mainly study design of traffic observation data information sharing platform. Firstly the demand of information sharing platform is systematically analysis, for getting an initial position of the platform; and then as the starting point the technical requirements for data sharing, the platform logical structure and physical structure is designed then; finally the platform data storage technology and the methods of the application of observation data had an depth research both sides, respectively, integrating database technology and advanced traffic engineering theory, platform of database systems is designed and the principle of the application of observation data is posed.Through the thesis researches, the problems of building the platform are founded, and some of the key technologies are researched mainly. So the paper provides basic theory reference and technical support for the establishment of the platform, and also the necessary foundation for the hardware implementation and software development.
