Switching power supply for its small size, light weight and high efficiency, are being widely used in various industries. We use the distributing technology to parallel connection multiple-modules power supply and realize Stable Performance and high power. In this paper, We use the DSP control technology and CAN-bus communication technology to realize n+m of the redundant parallel structure and research how to control parallel balanced current in the 110V DC electric locomotive power.In this paper,we first Completed the needs analysis for the 110V DC electric locomotive power and design the power overall structure . Then we use the MATLAB simulation software to analysis the main circuit structure of 110V power and ponclude How to select the circuit element parameters. Then we give the detail designer from the two aspects of hardware and software.After giving the considerations about the hardware structure and the designing process,we also give the flow chart of software and Programming ideas.The emphasis of this paper is how to use the DSP control technology, through the CAN bus, to realize parallel balanced current among the several power modules. In this control system,we adopt the double closed-loop controling (voltage loop outside, current loop inside) of the incremental PID control strategy,and make the information transmission between the main-module and secondary-module through the CAN-bus. As a result,because we used the new intelligent parallel balanced current technology,we can make the power supply greatly improved in the response speed,parallel balanced current effect and anti-disturbance performance, etc.In the actual tests,the experimental show that the switching power supply has high precision in the output and high stability, and small ripple ratio,short response time, better effect in the parallel balanced current,and so we get the design requirements.
