High current DC power supply is the important device in metallurgy,chemical industryand non-ferrous processing industires.To solve the major disadvantages of tradional DC powersupply in our country,such as serious harmonic pollution、low power factor and etc, this paperdesign a kind of optimized topology structure for high current parallel DC switching powersupply module,which can adopt the number of parallel modules to meet the demand ofdifferent power capacity. And it should have excellent effect of good operating performance>less field workload、convenience to use and high adjust ability.Based on studying a lot of relevant information and technical data,this paper design amain circuit of DC power supply module. IGBT is used as the main power device. The maincircuit consists of three phase uncontrolled rectifier、full-bridge inverter and full-wave rectifier.Meanwhile,the parameters of the main circuit components are calculated and showed indetail.TMS320F2812is chosen as the main chip of the control circuit. The control program iscoded. The control circuit can fulifll these functions such as PWM signal generation、analog todigital conversion、communication;The hall sensor is used to measure the output currentaccurately and generate the feedback current signal,which is processed in DSP chip to adjustthe output current by controlling the PWM signal duty ratio. The dirve circuit selects IIL403Bas dirver chip,separate the PWM signals,which drive the IGBT on or off in the inverter birdgecircuit.The DC switching power supply module has over-current protection circuit andover-voltage protection circuit. This paper introduces the parallel current-sharing method ofpower supply module brielfy,also design the power supply cabinet structure in detail. Theresults of some experiments show that the power supply module can fulfill the designrequirements and it has certain feasibility.
