Microreactor is a chemical reaction system whose unit react width is at a level of micron. It's a micromation result of traditional chemical reaction system, while has exceptional strength. Microreactor is one of the most innovative technologies in chemistry and pharmacy industry. The appearance of Microreactor also brings new requirements for relevant control system.Microreactor has the specialty of precision, flexibility, and economy, which requires the control system to have high precision, flexible configuration, and low cost. According to the specialty above, this thesis designed a control system based on the virtual instruments technology, and managed to monitor and control the reaction process in the Microreactor.According to the requirement of flexibility and general, this thesis built an automatic control system that has hardware module structure and software configuration mode. The hardware system is composed of field bus coupler, I/O module, computer, and Microreactor, and realized the modularization of hardware design, and enabled users to configure I/O ports in program conveniently. On the software part, the system use LabVIEW as software platform, TwinCAT as I/O software interface, realized the communication between LabVIEW and TwinCAT, and also functions like waveform display, database operation, control scheme, and remote communication. Through the I/O modularization and configuration function of LabVIEW, the control system shows flexibility and general to different chemical reactions.On the part of control theme, this thesis analyzed the synthesizing process of glyphosate, and got the dynamic model. According to the model parameters'uncertainty, time variability, and big time delay, a new control theme that conbined Improved Smith Predicter with Fuzzy PID controller is studied. Normal PID control, Fuzzy PID control, and Fuzzy PID control based on Improved Smith Predicter are compared. Though Matlab simulation, the new control theme improved control performance greatly.Through test and practical use, this control system turned out to be stable, credible, and got excellent control effect. Also, the system has strength like friendly interface, easy to operate, convenient to configure, etc. In the industries where Microreactor is at the beginning of development, this system surely has a good future.
