| As the main safety accident in coal mine,roof accident causes enormous losses and threat to the national property and safety of the lives of the people. According to statistics from related departments, roof fatal accidents account for 40%-50% of all happened in our country's coal mines. Among them, 80 percent happen at stopes. Roof accidents happened during pressing on the face account for 77.4% of all. It can be seen that strengthening the roof monitoring of coal mine during pressing on the face has practical significance for safe production. The set up of dynamic monitoring system of roof can solve the above questions quickly. Specifically, the point is to connecting the separating instruments of monitoring change in various roof of separation to upload to a remote by the sub-station level. Then, we can monitor the underground roof dynamically up ground.The thesis focuses on the research and design of PC software and under-bit software of KJ132 bus roof separation monitoring system and modes of system group net.On the side of PC software in system, we use Visual C++ 6.0 as the developing tools. Making use of the advantages of Visual C++6.0 which can develop applications that is fast, taking up less resources, scalability and data source friendly to provide a interactive interface for roof separation monitoring system. At the same time, the monitoring system can also be used as field device information hub to provide management platform for the entire system field device and dispatch procedures to complete various missions. Slots on the software have been designed in three parts such as: design of graphical interface, design of database, design of real-time communication. The realizing functions are mainly as follows: long-range transport and collecting of data by using ground-based monitoring equipment and on-site host implementation; dealing and analysis of collecting data; data record and save; data query and report printing function; terminal screen graphical display; implementation of the operation command. On the side of Single chip software designing, it includes three parts which are the sensor main program designing, CAN bus controller design of operating procedures and technology of anti-jamming software. The realizing functions are mainly as follows: achieving broadcast communications and point-to-point communications; displaying data accurately and reliably; with electricity on the address display for easy installation and debugging; with address lock function; from time to send data. On the selection of trunk Net, it makes use of the advantages of CAN bus to set up network using CAN field bus technology. The lower network and upper computer are using RS232 serial communication mode to transport data reliably, field install easily and maintain users conveniently. And also, using CAN - Industrial Ethernet protocol to research on conversion greatly enhances the applicability of CAN bus monitoring system in the area of mine. |
